So I guess I should include a little but about me and why I think I’m qualified to write posts about fitness and nutrition!
I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer who trains clients with varying goals and abilities. I have helped my clients get fitter, stronger, build muscle and lose fat. To be able to do this I am always researching the latest techniques and thoughts in the fitness industry and the reason for this blog is to share these with you!
In addition to providing 1 to 1 personal training sessions I also provide an online coaching platform to help people from all over the world reach their fitness goals. I provide a bespoke workout plan, nutritional advice and unlimited support for any questions or queries my online clients may have.
